In this class, I have learned that by integrating educational technology, a teacher can create more effective and engaging teaching sessions. As a teacher, I can reflect on Bloom’s taxonomy and make the lessons more interesting and engaging by involving technology in the lessons. Similarly, the Universal Design of Learning also assists educators to deliver and design instruction in accordance with diverse needs. By few applications, such as Nearpod, an educator can make students learning easier and less challenging by involving their needs and through feedback. This technological tool helps educators so that students can work at their own pace. Moreover, differentiated instruction allows educators to fulfill the diverse needs of their students by providing multiple ways to make information accessible to them. Thus, learning theories promote collaboration which creates opportunities for students to be creative and think critically. It also provides a platform for both teachers and students to grow academically together by overcoming challenges.
